Every product we sell is formulated, produced, packaged, and labeled by an independent third-party brand or its contract manufacturer. We stock and resell established brands in the kratom-free botanical category — including Buzzers, Buzzin With The Homiez, Shift, Seda Botanicals, Script, Kream Next Gen, and Smurph’s Botanicals, with additional brands added over time. Those companies are not owned or controlled by us, and we are not owned or controlled by them.

What that means in practice:

• We do not develop formulas, set serving sizes, choose ingredients, write labels, or run manufacturing.
• Certificates of analysis, testing documentation, ingredient information, and compliance paperwork are produced by the manufacturer or its laboratory. We pass that documentation through to you as we receive it. We do not generate it, alter it, or independently re-test finished goods.
• Formulations, ingredients, labeling, packaging, serving sizes, and specifications are controlled entirely by each manufacturer and can change at any time, without notice to us and without notice to you.
• Product images and descriptions on this site are provided as a general guide. Artwork and labeling are revised by brands regularly, so what arrives may not match the photo exactly.

Always read the label on the product you actually receive. The manufacturer’s printed label, warnings, and directions are the authoritative source for that unit — not this website, not a product photo, and not anything a salesperson or reviewer told you. If the label conflicts with something on this site, follow the label and let us know so we can correct our listing.

Any warranty covering a product is the manufacturer’s warranty, if one exists. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the goods we sell.

All of the products we sell are kratom-free. They contain no kratom, no Mitragyna speciosa, no mitragynine, and no 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH). If you are looking for those products, we do not sell them.

Format does not change the guidance below. A liquid shot, a powder sachet, and a tablet are different delivery formats with different labeled servings, so treat each product as its own product and read its own label, even if you have used something else from the same brand.
